Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the hotel for all conference attendees.

Refunds and Substitutions: HIPAA COW reserves the right to substitute programs due to unforeseen events. Refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after Nov 8th, 2024. Participant substitutions can be made until 12pm CT on Nov 14, 2024.

Session Handouts: All registered attendees will receive the link to available session handouts approximately one week prior to the event. Conference attendees may download the handouts and/or print them for personal use.
