Job Posting Instructions:
- To submit a job: Fill out the Job Posting Form. CLICK HERE to download the form. Please note: The job must be HIPAA related. Not just Healthcare related, but aspects of the job must deal with HIPAA on a regular basis.
- Review Process: After submitting the form via email, HIPAA COW will review and approve the job posting after which the job will be displayed on the website for 30 days. At the end of 30 days, the job posting will expire. It is your responsibility to repost the job if you want it to run for an additional 30 days. Reposting can be done by simply resubmitting the form via email.
- NOTE: This submission will not display on the website until after HIPAA COW approval. Job postings will be updated every few weeks.
- Remove a Job Posting: To remove a job posting before the automatic 30 day removal, CLICK HERE, to send an email. Please provide the Organization’s name as well as the Job Title of the job you would like removed. The email request must come from the contact person listed on the Job Posting Form.
