The HIPAA COW Risk Management Networking Group has been busy for months updating the HIPAA COW Risk Assessment Template. As this project is going to take many more months to complete, the group is posting what they have updated up to this point.
Content Changed in this updated version: Incorporated key information from the NIST HIPAA Security Toolkit questions (v2011: http://scap.nist.gov/hipaa/) into the Security Questions worksheet for these subject “categories”: Risk Management, Contingency Plan, & Data Management.
