Law Firms, Consultants & other organizations that have a direct involvement with HIPAA will be considered for our sponsorship program.

Yearly Sponsorship Packages:


  • Yearly Sponsorships run calendar year January 1 – December 31
  • Conferences are held in April and October each year.

  • 2 booths (1 booth at each conference) or 2 Webinar sponsorships or 1 of each*
  • 2 free conference registrations (1 at each conference)

Dessert Sponsorship:
Dessert Sponsor fee includes the following for 1 conference:

  • Table Tents with company name and logo on each lunch table
  • Recognition by President or Admin Support during lunch.
  • One additional conference registration.


  • Available to current Gold and Silver Sponsors only.
  • Dessert sponsors are capped at 1 sponsor per event. Sponsor spot given to first reply to email inquiry from Admin Support.
Webinar Sponsorship:
Webinar sponsor fee includes the following for 1 webinar:

  • Logo on webinar brochure, if applicable.
  • Logo listed on sponsor slide of webinar presentation
  • Announced by webinar facilitator at the beginning of the webinar


  • Webinar Sponsors are capped at 4 sponsors per webinar.
  • First priority goes to our Gold Sponsors, then our Silver Sponsors. If any openings remain, it will then be made available to others.
