Lodging: Reserve your overnight accommodations before Sept 25, 2025 to receive the HIPAA COW group rate of $124. To make reservations, call 920-230-1900 and use the group name HIPAA COW 2025 Fall Conference.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the hotel and convention center for all conference attendees.

Refunds and Substitutions: HIPAA COW reserves the right to substitute programs due to unforeseen events. Refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after Oct 3, 2025. Participant substitutions can be made until 12pm CT on Oct 23, 2025.

Session Handouts: All registered attendees will receive the link to available session handouts approximately one week prior to the event. Conference attendees may download the handouts and/or print them for personal use.
