PARKING: Onsite parking is available at the Park Hotel for $30/overnight. Hourly parking is available at nearby parking garages.
REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS: HIPAA COW reserves the right to substitute programs due to unforeseen events. Refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after Oct 1, 2026. Participant substitutions can be made until 12pm CT on Oct 21, 2026.
SESSION HANDOUTS: All registered attendees will receive the link to available session handouts approximately one week prior to the event. Conference attendees may download the handouts and/or print them for personal use.
